Questions Parents Ask Us
Q. How old does my teen need to be?
We hire teens ages 13–20. We look at maturity and reliability, so reach out and we'll find the right fit for your teen.
Q. How much will they actually make?
Most teens earn roughly $15–20/hour depending on the job type and where they are on the leadership ladder. Pay goes out weekly.
Q. Will this get in the way of school or sports?
No. Your teen sets their own availability and school always comes first. Plenty of our team only works weekends or a couple of afternoons a week.
Q. Do I have to sign anything?
Yes — we require parental consent before a teen takes any job, along with our standard work agreement. It keeps everyone protected and on the same page.
Q. How do jobs get assigned?
Our operations team matches teens to nearby jobs based on their availability and the services they signed up for. Teens can request to work with friends.
Q. Can they count this toward volunteer or service hours?
For our community give-back jobs, yes — we track those hours and can provide documentation for school or college applications.
